Yes! Guests booking directly with Talisman Beachside can choose a preferred room, apartment aspect (SE, NE, or NW) or level subject to availability.

Are higher floors reserved for Signature or Superior rooms?
No - our Signature, Superior, and Classic rooms are scattered across all levels of Talisman Beachside.
This means guests who prefer higher or lower floors can request their preferred level, subject to availability and we'd love to accommodate your preference.
What aspects are available?
All Talisman Apartments offer stunning ocean views. Room aspects include:
- South-East (SE): Overlooking Kurrawa Park and towards Burleigh.
- North-East (NE): Facing Surfers Paradise and Main Beach.
- North-West (NW): Views of Surfers Paradise and the Brisbane Hinterland.
What if I arrive after hours?
Please complete the online check-in process with our team prior to your arrival. Once complete, you’ll receive all the necessary late arrival information for your apartment, helping to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in.
Is the Swimming Pool Heated?

Is the internet included in my stay?
Yes! Fast, unlimited WiFi is included with your stay, and each apartment has its own dedicated modem to ensure maximum speeds.
What is the difference between the Signature, Superior & Classic room types?
All Talisman Beachside offer stunning ocean views. The difference between room types is in comfort and features:
- Signature: Fully air-conditioned, recently renovated, with TVs in both the master bedroom and living area. Bedding includes a King bed plus 2 single beds.
- Superior: Full or partial air-conditioning, renovated in the past, with at least one TV. Bedding includes a King or Queen bed plus 2 single beds.
- Classic: At least one air-conditioner and TV, in original condition. Bedding includes a King or Queen bed plus 2 single beds.
Signature rooms offer a premium experience, Superior rooms are modern, and Classic rooms provide comfortable options.
Do you have secure parking?
Yes! Talisman offers free secure underground parking for one vehicle per apartment, with a clearance height of 1.97 metres. Security cameras monitor the car park and other common areas, and after hours, lifts are accessible to apartment guests only.
What recreational facilities are available?
Guests can enjoy a large heated pool, relaxing spa, his & hers sauna, full-size tennis court, and BBQ areas, all set within beautifully landscaped gardens.
Is foxtel included free of charge?
Foxtel with all 150 channels are included in your accommodation price. It also has casting ability so you are able to cast any of the streaming apps off your device via your own logins.
Can I have additional people stay with me?
Yes. Apartment rates are based on 2 guests for a one-bedroom and 4 guests for a two-bedroom apartment. The maximum occupancy is 3 guests for a one-bedroom and 5 guests for a two-bedroom. Additional guests incur a charge of $50 per night, which includes a rollaway bed with linen.
What's the best way to get to Talisman?
The closest airport to Talisman is Coolangatta Airport, approximately a 30-minute drive. Brisbane Airport is around 1 hour by car. Alternatively you can take a train to Helensvale and then a tram to Broadbeach North, just a short walk from Talisman. Airport transfers can also be arranged upon request.
Do you have baby equipment available?
Absolutely! Cots and other baby essentials can be arranged for your stay. Please let our reception know at least 2 days before arrival to ensure everything is ready for your little one.
How far is Talisman away from the Broadbeach precinct?
Talisman Apartments is perfectly positioned adjacent to Kurrawa Park and just steps away from the patrolled beach and boardwalk. You’re also within easy walking distance of the Broadbeach Tavern and Oasis Shopping Centre (350m), which features Woolworths and a variety of dining options.
Are the apartments serviced daily?
Our apartments are fully self-contained with laundry and kitchen facilities, designed for self-sufficiency rather than daily servicing.
On arrival, you’ll receive fresh linen and towels, plus a complimentary starter pack with soap, toilet paper, laundry and kitchen sachets, and tea and coffee essentials.
For your convenience, additional servicing - including daily cleaning and fresh linen - can be arranged upon request to make your stay even more comfortable.
For stays longer than 8 days, your apartment will be serviced every 5 days.
